I,  hereby give my consent and agreement to the following terms upon registering my child at Roseville Punjabi School

• Participation in School Activities
  I give permission for my child to participate in all school activities, and extracurricular events, unless I provide written notice to opt out of specific activities.
• Use of Student Images and Work
  I grant permission for my child's photograph, video, and academic work to be used in school publications, on the school website, and in promotional materials.
• Data and Records
  I authorize the school to collect and maintain necessary educational records and to share them with appropriate educational personnel for the purpose of supporting my child's academic progress.
• Code of Conduct
  I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to support the school's rules, discipline policy, and code of conduct as it applies to student behavior and responsibilities.
